Are you a Senior Estimator with proven experience in Ground-Up Commercial Construction?

As a Senior Estimator you will be responsible management of bid strategy, bid estimates, accuracy of estimates, client negotiations, and effectively managing the project turnover process.

You will have:

• Progressive experience in Business Development & Estimating for a Large Scale GC.
• Worked on a variety of project types with an emphasis on Commercial & Multi-Family.
• Advanced knowledge of construction principles & practices with experience estimating projects over $1M.

Salary is negotiable dependent on experience, though you can expect between $90,000 - $130,000.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
