• 
  Document and report all facilities or building related issues to facilities manager
• Conducts and documents regular facilities inspections.
• Oversees building and grounds maintenance.
• Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls etc.
• Checks completed work by vendors and contractors.
• Collaborate with workers and other professionals during renovations

• Provide valuable and actionable feedback to team members during review periods and ongoing for consistent team growth
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Recommends maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and facility design modifications
• Support a meticulous standard for cleanliness, organization, and safety throughout the warehouse
• Foster a safe working environment. Reassure that safety and compliance practices meet DOT and OSHA standards

• HS diploma required; Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Must be a self-starter and possess the ability to identify areas drifting behind in production and proactively take action to get back on track
• Strong skills and experience in team/personnel management
• Must possess outstanding relations skills
• Clean/ valid driver’s license
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven aim to achieve results
• Ability (with or without reasonable accommodation) to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds, stand/ walk for up to 10 hours, able to squat, bend and reach, able to climb and descend stairs safely (applies to locations with stairs)
• Ability to operate powered tools
• 2 years’ experience in a repair (handy) related role.
• Able to work in indoor and outdoor environments in all weather conditions.
• Ability to work independently
• Able to work weekends.
