Childcare – Afterschool Site Director/ Youth Supervisors : the YMCA at Irving ISD Elementary Schools

Hours: 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM Monday-Friday- No Weekends!

If hired before September 1st we have $500-$1500 worth of bonuses if guidelines are met.

Starting Pay $14.00-$17.00 (dependent on experience and education) + PERKS! We are hiring for a dynamic Site Leaders/Directors for our Afterschool programs in Irving ISD Elementary Schools. In this position, you will build relationships with school administration, parents, and students as you lead daily activities with children, keep kids safe, and contribute to a high-quality Afterschool program.

• Monday – Friday 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM for this part-time position
• 21+ years old with Bachelors degree with 1+ year experience in a licensed Afterschool, Day Camp, Daycare
• Or 21 years old + 2 years of full-time experience in licensed Afterschool, Day Camp, Daycare with at least 70 credit hours of youth development or management

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
