Job description

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as youth recreational soccer referees for grades 3rd-6th. If you have experience refereeing soccer, basketball, and flag football, that's a plus!

The games are held on Thursdays, and it's essential that you are available during the game hours from 4 PM - 5 PM. The location for the games is in the El Cajon/Santee area, and we are looking for referees who live in the area or are willing to commit to the commute.

Responsibilities:

Officiate youth recreational soccer games for grades 3rd-6th Manage game logistics and ensure that the games run smoothly Ensure that all participants are following the rules and regulations of the game Keep track of time and make necessary calls during the games Work with coaches and team managers to ensure a positive experience for all participants

Requirements: Prior experience refereeing soccer, basketball, and flag football (preferred) Availability on Thursdays from 4 PM - 5 PM Good communication skills and ability to work well with others A positive attitude and enthusiasm for working with youth

Compensation: Payment is a stipend check at the end of the season (paid by the game).
