Bayfront Yacht Works & Marina is actively seeking a full-time boatyard supervisor.Job duties/responsibilities including but not limited to:
Supervise boatyard crew employees & active boatyard service jobs and managing of scheduled services coming in.
Must have great customer service skills, and a professional attitude and leadership skills. Attention to detail is a must.
Candidate must have prior general/basic knowledge and skills for this job.
Painting experience, general construction, general labor skills, employee management skills, safely operate heavy machinery, inventory, basic computer skills, etc..
Previous marina/boatyard experience is preferred, but willing to train the right candidate.
Boatyard supervisor reports directly to the Service Manager & the General Manager.
Boatyard & service department is open Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
40-hour work week with occasional overtime.
Other job duties may include general maintenance around property, pressure washing, sandblasting, sanding, prepping and painting. Assisting dockhands with rental boats in season, assisting mechanics/technicians when applicable.
Benefits/401k available for full-time employees after 90-day period.
