Job description
Part-time x-ray tech needed for Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 7:30-5:30pm. Digital xray for busy orthopedic practice. Could be ideal job for someone later in career or with family. The nicest place to work, where kindness to patients and to staff are valued. Located close to downtown Raleigh in bustling restaurant district, across from the Krispy Kreme.
The successful candidate will be responsible for taking radiographs, preparing injections, helping with prescription refills and patient communication. No call, no nights, no weekends. Flexibility for time off.
Responsibilities:
- Take x-rays mainly of the extremities (CR digital)
- Help with patient flow, preparing injections, preparing for casts
- Be able to communicate with patients
- Cast removal a plus, but not necessary
- Must be ARRT certified
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
