Job description
- Responsible for educating and enrolling new members to the Wynn Rewards program
- Responsible for administering complimentary benefits and for providing five star, five diamond service to Wynn Las Vegas guests
- Margining of assigned zones on the casino floor and the staff in that zone
- May also be responsible of circulating the casino, enrolling new members into the program
- Responsible for resolving guest issues and expediting service
- Additional responsibilities as management deems may be required based on business demands
- Responsible for merging Wynn Rewards Accounts.
- Responsible for maintaining data integrity in Patron and Opera Systems.
- Responsible for updating player information in Patron and Opera systems.
Job Requirements
- A minimum of 6 months past customer service or sales experience is preferred, but not required
- Must be self-motivated and possess leadership abilities
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times.
- Must be 21 years of age or older to apply
