Pleasant Valley Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center is growing and we are currently hiring a Full-time Wound Care Nurse for our skilled nursing facility. Come be a part of our team!

Schedule: 8 hour shifts with occasional weekends

Pay: $27.00 - $35.00 an hour depending on experience

Summary of Job Duties:

• Consult with the Care Planning Team concerning assessment evaluations and assist in planning and developing the skin care treatment to be performed for the resident
• Initiate requests for consultation or referral
• Respond to requests from the resident, physician, or nursing staff

Qualifications:

• Current Texas nursing license (RN or LVN)
• Wound Care experience is preferred
• Ability to relate with all staff and potential patients and family members
