This position offers an optional hybrid work schedule, with three days working in the office and two days working remotely.

We are looking for an analytically-minded business person to join our team as an Admin Assistant in our Workers Compensation department. In this role, you will gain exposure to multiple parts of the business where no two days are alike, and will be most successful if you possess an inquisitive nature and a drive to learn.

Accuracy, prioritization, research, and communication are necessities in this job. You will work daily with underwriters, agents, insureds, and your team of colleagues to perform various functions such as rating, quoting, creating endorsements, and providing customer service before final policies are issued. With a natural aptitude for problem-solving, qualified candidates can switch between tasks quickly and work independently.

Qualifications:

• Exposure to underwriting and insurance a plus.
• Ability to multi-task multiple priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong computer and data entry skills, including prior experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.
