Work as a discharge coordinator for the Women's Justice Re-entry Team. Responsible for discharge planning, law enforcement liaison, court liaison, and community resource acquisition for female offenders in Tulsa County Jail or rural setting.

Work closely with Tulsa County or rural law enforcement and community based treatment providers to ensure women discharging from the Tulsa County or rural Jails have community-based supports in place to provide female offenders with a seamless transition from jail to the community. Responsible for attending bond docket at Tulsa County Jail and court dockets at Tulsa County Courthouse or within assigned rural territory, assist with program referrals, and conduct ASAM assessments to assist with admissions to inpatient substance abuse treatment facilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree is required, Social work, psychology, or criminal justice is preferred.
• MUST be eligible for Oklahoma Case Management Level II certification.
• 5 years’ experience in criminal justice with female offender population or related experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of community resources, court procedures, and correctional facility systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to work across cultures and to work collaboratively.
• Skill in developing respectful relationships with families are needed for this position.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record and use personal automobile to travel to locations other than primary office. [Mileage reimbursement provided*]

Experience

• 5 year(s): Prefer 5 years’ experience in criminal justice with female offender population or experience with intensive case management services
