- Compensation: Starting pay rate of $16.50, actual wage will be adjusted based on experience.
- Benefits: This is a full-time, seasonal position eligible for a season pass for employee/dependents and privileges at several other resorts. Several discount programs (i.e. food & beverage, retail/rental, tickets, etc) also available.
Duties include all aspects of food service, including food prep, cooking, serving, and cleaning, stocking and cashier.Positions available at the various resort lodges.
- Serve hot and/or cold food and/or beverages to customers
- Set up and stock food service and/or preparation areas at beginning of day/ shift
- Prepare sandwiches or other foods to order: slice meats, cheese and vegetables; prepare condiments; assemble sandwiches and wrap/arrange for service
- Perform cashier tasks: set up cash drawer; operate cash register, taking payment from customers and returning proper change; cash out and deliver cash to accounting
- Package foods and arrange on trays for service or box for delivery
- Distribute foods, beverages and supplies to various food service outlets: assist in ordering inventory; fill orders for individual outlets; keep necessary records and files on inventory and deliveries; load and unload food and supplies; deliver to outlets
- Assist with other food service and/or preparation tasks as assigned
- Provide superior service to our customers (internal and external) at all times. Follow the Resort Etiquette Guidelines while interacting with the guests and respond to all guests in a courteous, efficient manner
- Perform other tasks as assigned
- Cooking experience preferred
- Abilityto stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 lbs
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Weekends and holidays required
