Summary of Functions
The Windfall Team Member is responsible for generating sales by providing the customer with an exceptional shopping experience. The Windfall Team Member maximizes sales by delivering efficient, friendly and knowledgeable service and ensuring the store is neat, clean and well-presented at all times.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Operational Adherence: Follow cash handling procedures. Greet guests, complete sales transactions and perform other duties as necessary to ensure a smoothly run shift while maintaining a sincere, caring and personable image for the guest and team. Maintain Windfall brand standards of neat, clean and organized sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom to ensure the store environment is safe and presentable for employees and guests.
- Maintain product knowledge: Know the products, presentations, and prices of all products and specials.
- Complete cleaning and stocking (restocking) duties in accordance with the appropriate daily operating procedure.
- Consistently provide support to fellow employees through sharing of knowledge, helping to complete tasks and/or assisting in customer interactions.
- Drive Windfall brand loyalty through being knowledgeable about all Camas Rewards program and consistently informing customers of the program.
- Opening, Shift Change and Closing: Perform cleaning, set-up and breakdown duties as directed by management and position requirements.
- Ensure return merchandise is restocked to the correct product location on the sales floor; all damaged and defective merchandise is properly labeled and placed in appropriate area at the end of each shift.
- Execute efficient and effective handling of all merchandise from shipment processing, floorsets, markdown optimization and replenishment systems while maintaining backroom standards.
- Proactively resolve customer concerns in a manner consistent with Kalispel Hospitality, and with customer satisfaction in mind; partner with the Windfall leadership team on elevated customer issues.
- Ensure inventory control/protection of organizational assets.
- Available and willing to work any changes in hours deemed necessary for Business Levels.
- Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular good attendance record.

Education
- High school diploma or GED required.
Experience
- Six months of related experience required.
Skills
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to learn and retain information quickly.
- Good verbal communications.
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic to intermediate computer literacy a plus
- Ability to follow direction in a fast paced environment
- Ability to manage time effectively
- A propensity to provide Superior Guest Service in accordance with Kalispel Hospitality.

Other Requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Kalispel Tribal Work Permit.
- Valid health card.
- Hepatitis A & B vaccination.
- Mandatory Alcohol Server Training (MAST) certification
- Available and willing to work any changes in hours deemed necessary for business levels.
- Requires the ability to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 75 pounds.
- Constantly requires the ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and to make fine discrimination in sound.
- Constantly requires verbally expressing or exchanging ideas of important instructions accurately, loudly, or quickly.
