We are currently hiring for a West Division Aggregate Superintendent.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Ensure all operations are in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including air and water quality, permit conditions, dumpsite policies and MSHA, OSHA.

  • Assure all safety policies and procedures are followed to prevent any and all unsafe actions, processes and behaviors observed.

  • Work day-to-day with frontline and crew leaders providing overall guidance and direction while promoting the individual development of all team members.

  • Ensure that quality of all materials exceeds customers' expectations.

  • Coordinate with internal customers and external salesperson to determine production schedules.

  • Work area will be at multiple locations from Springfield to Dayton. Will coordinate and plan permit requirements, mine planning, aggregate production scheduling, work daily with Aggregate Operations Coordinator.

  • Minimum Qualifications:

  • Safety first attitude required.

  • Previous supervisory experience required.

  • Working knowledge of crushing, washing aggregates.

  • Working knowledge of Mine planning, Stripping and Extraction.

  • Computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

  • Ability to develop safety related training and present the material in a large group setting including annual MSHA refresher training.

  • Requires high degree of skills in planning, organization, supervising, communication and observation.

  • A valid driver license in good standing.

  • Ability to pass a criminal background.
