We are currently hiring for a West Division Aggregate Superintendent.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Ensure all operations are in compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements, including air and water quality, permit conditions, dumpsite policies and MSHA, OSHA.
Assure all safety policies and procedures are followed to prevent any and all unsafe actions, processes and behaviors observed.
Work day-to-day with frontline and crew leaders providing overall guidance and direction while promoting the individual development of all team members.
Ensure that quality of all materials exceeds customers' expectations.
Coordinate with internal customers and external salesperson to determine production schedules.
Work area will be at multiple locations from Springfield to Dayton. Will coordinate and plan permit requirements, mine planning, aggregate production scheduling, work daily with Aggregate Operations Coordinator.
