As a receptionist at our facility some of your responsibilities would consist of but not limited to:

• Answer all incoming telephone calls and direct them to the proper staff as needed.
• Responsible in participating in all Fire Drills and Emergency Drills according to facility policies & procedures.
• Responsible for greeting all visitors and directing them to the proper resources within the building.
• Assist in clerical tasks as requested by the General Manager.
• Participate in regular in-services and training according to the facility’s training and in-service schedule.
• Upholds Resident Bill of Rights at all times.
• Responsible for processing incoming / outgoing mail including date stamping incoming mail appropriately
• Assisting with duties asked by Management

Employment Requirements:

• Education: High School or GED preferred
• NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED
• Must adhere with health and safety requirements including proof needed to comply with State and Federal law. This includes COVID 19 vaccine requirement for healthcare workers.
