We have a couple of openings for weekend nurses. We are looking for RNs to fill our weekend openings Friday, Saturday, & Sunday. $1500 sign-on bonus. Our health insurance for single coverage is under $55 per month with a $500 deductible.

$36.79- $39.03 per hour

Job Description

• Provide in-patient care to our residents, both direct and indirect.
• Work closely with physician care plans and report updates to conditions/behaviors.
• Supervise those working in your area.
• Administer medication as written by the physician(s) and perform updates to care plans as necessary and directed.
• Be the liaison for family members, administrators, and others involved in patient care.
• Document patient care updates in the respective files, including admission, discharge, general charting updates, and per the Trempealeau Co Healthcare policies.
• Other responsibilities and duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program
• Hold a Current State License as a Registered Nurse
