Responsibilities and Duties
Crownpointe of Carmel is seeking a Full-Time Receptionist to:
- Greet visitors, new residents and their families
- Receive and re-direct all incoming phone calls
- Assist in maintaining all facility records
- Assist in admissions
- Respond to inquiries and tour visitors throughout the facility
Qualifications and Skills
- High school graduate or its equivalent.
- Experienced with computers and Microsoft Office programs (excel and word).
- General office equipment knowledge
- Proficient use of written and verbal English
- Positive, outgoing personality, must enjoy interaction
