Position Overview
The Webinar-Livestream department executes live webinars and livestream sessions for numerous brands at Colibri. This department is fast-paced and has experienced a tremendous amount of growth over the past year. We are looking for a seasoned manager to help guide the department and implement continuous improvement initiatives in both process and technology. Successful candidates will be both technically proficient and highly organized, able to both put attention to detail into planning for success and confidently react and resolve when unexpected issues arise.
This individual will oversee department employees and moderators, and ensure classes meet regulatory requirements and Colibri standards. We are looking for a leader with team development skills and mentorship experience. The ideal candidate will enter the position with foundational knowledge of the Webinar delivery platforms (e.g. WebEx and Zoom) and develop expertise in the various custom settings, enhancement capabilities and add-on technologies such as survey tools.
Position Requirements & Major Responsibilities
- Employee management - PTO, schedules, reviews, 1:1’s
- Manage on-call schedule (nights and weekends)
- Availability for nights and weekends
- Monitor moderator staffing needs
- Create and maintain contracts for moderating team
- Meetings with business units and stakeholders
- Reporting and tracking performance
- Ensuring process instructions, guides and FAQ’s are followed and updated as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-5 years of team management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Team development and mentorship
- Knowledge on Zoom functionality
- Microsoft Office including Teams, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- NetSuite and Jira experience a plus
- Proven ability to communicate, build, and maintain strong relationships at all organizational levels
- Ability to leverage your creativity, intellect, and results-oriented attitude to advance Colibri’s vision for the future
