A Park Facilities Attenant's responsibility is to perform a variety of indoor and outdoor cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, leaf blowing, and trash removal. Ensuring all indoor and outdoor areas are cared for and inspected according to park standards.

This seasonal position lasts from MAY until Labor Day weekend in SEPTEMBER.

• Cleaning common areas and bathhouses
  • This includes activities such as bathroom cleaning and sanitation, trash removal, vacuuming or floor cleaning, light landscaping, and pool cleaning.
• Ensuring park indoor and outdoor areas exceed standards and are in working order at all times.
• Providing onsite guest support, queries or requests through a high quality customer service approach.
• Works cohesively with other departments to exceed guest expectations and achieve company and departmental goals.
• Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices
• Ensure the property is clean, orderly, well-manicured and guest ready at all times.

Performs other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee frequently is required to climb or balance. The employee is occasionally required to talk or hear. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
