Compensation and Benefits
- Pay Range: $160,000 - $205,000
- 401(k): Company matches 100% of the first 6% of your eligible compensation contributed to the Plan
- Paid vacation and ten company paid holidays
- 16 hours of floating time
- Training and education allowance
- Bonus eligible
Purpose of the Job
Is directly responsible for administration of engineering, drafting, surveying and new business functions and the assigned staff. Responsible for ensuring that all related Company business is carried out in accordance with the Corporate goals and philosophies. Responsible for assisting in analyzing, planning, designing and operating the water facilities in accordance with local, state and federal regulations.

Education
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering preferred
Certifications
- PE (Professional Engineer - Registered Civil Engineer)
- Driver's License
Work Experience
8 years of progressive engineering experience in the water-related industry preferred including routine engineering responsibilities. 5+ years of experience directly supervising an engineering technical staff as well as project management capabilities of public works projects. Knowledge of public works bidding procedures. 3+ years of experience preparing departmental operating budgets and capital improvement budgets.
