Water Restoration Crew Lead

Responsibilities and Duties:
· Water extraction, Mold and sewage remediation, and fire/smoke services
· Perform demolitions.
· Set up and monitor drying equipment.
· Clean up and debris removal.
Job qualification:
· Ability to maintain a positive and upbeat attitude.
· Previous project and crew management.
· Ability to effectively delegate tasks to crew members.
· Experience in training new crew members.
· Ability to communicate well, both in verbal and written forms.
· Exceptional interpersonal skills for customer interactions.
· A high level of problem-solving solving skills.
· Must possess a valid Washington State Driver’s License with a CLEAN DMV record.
· Ability to pass a background check prior to employment and ability to pass drug screening test.
Work Environment/Physical Requirements:
Physical ability to regularly (throughout shift) lift, push, pull, bend, reach, and use hands for repetitive actions. Stand for long periods of time and walk.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $22.00-$25.00

· Monday to Friday, on-call rotation.
