Up to $21.00 / Hour Day Operations - $20.00 / Hour • Day operations are eligible for Earn and Learn which is $5250 in tuition assistance per calendar year at approved post-secondary institutions. Lifetime maximum of $25,000. Night Operations - $21.00 / Hour • Overnight operations are eligible for Metro College benefits which is 100% tuition paid at University of Louisville (UL) or Jefferson Community & Technical College (JCTC). • UPS LOOP education benefits include 100% tuition paid to JCTC and a $325 monthly “living expense” stipend. Based on individuals meeting program eligibility.
WAREHOUSE WORKER – PACKAGE HANDLERUPS is hiring individuals to work as part-time Package Handlers. This is a physical, fast-paced position that involves continual lifting, lowering and sliding packages that typically weigh 25 - 35 lbs. and may weigh up to 70 lbs. Part-time employees usually work 3 ½ - 4 hours each day and workdays can vary (Monday – Friday) or (Tuesday – Saturday) depending on the building needs. Package Handlers typically do not work on holidays.
Package Handlers receive a competitive hourly rate and also an attractive benefits package. Please note that these opportunities are part-time only working approximately 17 1/2 – 20 hours per week.
