Pyramid Precision Machine, Inc. is a leader in the manufacturing of complex, close tolerance machined parts for over 33 years. We are AS9100 certified and ready to add an additional Warehouse & Transportation Specialist (Driver) to our team!

We are looking for a team player who is detail oriented, can count and pack parts, and deliver and pick up in the local area and extending to Los Angeles. A minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse, shipping & receiving or driving is required. Position is full time on 1st shift (6:30am-3:00pm) with some overtime. Forklift certification is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:
Primary duties are to transport goods to and from vendors and customers as directed by the lead shipping representative.

1. Must meet the following requirements:
a. Minimum 1 year experience as a delivery/pick up driver or equivalent.
b. Must be able to produce and maintain a clean, current DMV record as defined in the fleet management program.
c. Able to follow oral and written instructions and to work with a minimum amount of supervision.
d. Possess neat work habits and have good organizational skills.
e. Ability to communicate with customers and other employees on a professional level.
f. Lift 50 pounds on a daily basis.

2. Responsibilities will include:
a. Transport of goods to and from vendors and customers using a company vehicle.
b. Packaging and preparation of finished goods for shipping or storage.
c. Labeling or identification of parts per customer requirements.
d. Assembly of manufactured goods per oral or written instructions.
e. Cleanliness of work area.

3. Other responsibilities may include:
a. Operation of forklift for loading and unloading of product (if certified).
b. Assist shipping lead and warehouse personnel when dictated by work load.
c. Assist in preparing paperwork per customer requirements.
d. Follow all company work instructions per AS9100 requirements.
