Job Overview
Legacy Supply Chain is hiring a Team Lead to support our Ridgeville, SC facility. As a Team Lead, you will assist in coordinating all daily warehousing activities. This position includes a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) plan with up to 5% company match.
Schedule and Compensation
- Tuesday through Friday - 4:00pm to 2:30am; starting pay $22.70 per hour
- Saturday, Sunday, and Monday - 5:00am to 5:30pm; starting pay $23.89 per hour
Job Details
What should I expect as a Team Lead?
- Assists and leads assigned activities associated with warehouse operations.
- Responsible for managing the process of receiving, stocking, and quality control of all merchandise.
- Responsible for identifying areas of improvement and establishing updating existing work procedures and practices.
- Assist with determining staffing levels and assigning workload; to include training and cross-training of warehouse staff.

What are we looking for in a Team Lead?
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- 3-5 years warehouse/distribution experience strongly preferred in Lead or Coordinator roles.
- Detail oriented with ability to demonstrate skill in business analysis, and/or a track record in executing company standards successfully.
- Ability to effectively communicate, interact and convey business decisions with many different levels within the organization.
- Knowledge of receiving, shipping, inventory systems, supply chain management, logistics, customer service, reporting, system analysis, equipment and warehouse functionality.
- Proven success in maintaining quality, service and client relationships in a high-paced setting.
- Experience working in team oriented, multi-shift environment.
- Strong computer skills with proven competencies in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook; WMS experience strongly preferred.
