Warehouse Operator (2nd Shift)

Description

We are looking for a talented Warehouse Operator (2ndShift) to join our team in Dallas, TX. Please note, this position comes with a $2,500.00 Sign-On Bonus!

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Under some supervision, follow established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, perform system transactions and dispatch goods in a factory or warehouse
• Check for damage and for discrepancies between goods and invoices
• Accurately sort, label, store goods and arrange storage to optimize warehouse space
• Pick, pack, and dispatch incoming and outgoing goods according to written or verbal requests or orders
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery
• Communicate with customers by phone and in person

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
• Requires certification to operate powered industrial vehicles (reach trucks, order pickers, pallet rider, etc..) and/or other heavy machinery.
• Must be able to physically lift 50 pounds occasionally, wear required personal protective equipment
• This is a fast-paced warehouse environment, there will be a lot of standing and lifting.
• Please note, this is a second shift position, the hours will be 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM, Monday – Thursday.
• This position does not require and Department of Transportation (DOT) related pre-screenings.

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
