Warehouse Manager
Sofidel America of Haines City, FL is currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for our raw materials department. We are searching for a candidate that is local to the area and is looking for a long-term role in a stable environment. Your expertise will make you an important part of our team!

Job Responsibilities:
- To oversee the proper operation of relevant warehouses in line with safety regulations and organizational policies.
- In accordance with the group's rules and procedures, oversee the operation of the relevant warehouses, vehicle fleets, provided equipment, and product loading/unloading operations.
- Ensure that the delivered product is in compliance with the accompanying technical documents.
- Work with the Internal Logistics Process Manager to ensure that the required procedures are properly managed.
- Oversee the execution of inventory activities. • Organize the procurement of necessary raw materials and supporting materials for the Converting and/or Paper Mill's production areas.
- Supervise in compliance with safety procedures and policies.
- Responsible for the employees’ integration, professional growth, and motivation.
- Performs other job-related duties in the area of responsibility as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in handling finished products and warehousing.
- Experience with Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of SAP is preferred
- Excellent attention to detail.
