Role -- Production Technician

Location :- NA-US-PA-Elizabethtown-Production (ELI1)

Contract

Rate :- $17-18/hr.

Description:-

**2nd shift- 12:30pm- 8:30pm ***

Will need to be able to work overtime during peak season.

• Potential to operate forklift to push, pull, lift, stack, tier, or move products, equipment, or materials in warehouse area. Follows regulatory requirements.
• May require certification. May use technology (PCs, scanners, etc.) to complete job tasks.
• Experience with WMS/SAP preferable.

Warehouse work also required, not on forklift 100% of time.

General warehouse tasks will apply. May need to lift up to 60 lbs.

Provides production support. May perform minor preventative maintenance and repairs.

This is a temp position with the majority work complete by the end of August.

Additional incentives to attract talent to Corteva:

 Weekly Attendance bonus of $1.00 per hour for the work week if you have no unscheduled absences, late arrivals, leave earlies that are not approved- pay rate of $19.50/hour will be paid out if no unscheduled time is incurred. Scheduled time off does not affect the weekly attendance bonus.

 Paid time off (PTO) will be issued at a rate of 1 day (8 hours) every 2 months. You can use the PTO day once you receive it or you can bank the time to use at a later date. You will not be issued PTO time if there are attendance issues. PTO time will be use it or lose it. If you leave the position, you will not be paid out unused PTO time. PTO time cannot be cashed out. PTO must be scheduled.

 Paid Holiday’s per Corteva’s Holiday Calendar. You will be paid 8 hours for the holiday.
