Gameday Spirit is based in Champaign, IL, and operates fan stores on college campuses in Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, and West Virginia.
The Indiana Shop, by Gameday Spirit, has a rewarding opportunity for an Operations Assistant located in Bloomington, Indiana.
Responsibilities:
- Assist Operations Manager in executing warehouse operations
- Verify and process incoming and outgoing shipments
- Receive/tag incoming merchandise
- Maintain the merchandise in a neat and tidy manner in the warehouse
- Setup and tear down the assigned area in a timely manner
- Seasonally, some nights and weekends will be required
We, at Gameday Spirit, expect our staff to work with a positive attitude and maintain a neat appearance. The Warehouse Assistant must have excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, and some experience in Microsoft Office.
- 1 year of experience working in a warehouse and shipping environment is preferred, but not necessary
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and clean driving record, if you are making store runs
- Background check required
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stay productive, while working unsupervised
- Basic math ability to accurately count and handle money
- Ability to work in the elements, depending on the season
