In this senior leadership role, you will drive and execute the vision and strategy for Talent Development across GMR Marketing. You’ll use your extensive experience in training and learning development to grow our Story Makers as we continue to make GMR a best place to work.

To succeed in this role, you must have experience partnering with senior leaders at a highly matrixed organization in a virtual work environment. You’ll also use your previous management experience to lead a team of talented designers and facilitators who are passionate about continuously helping people improve.

REQUIRED SKILLS
  • Team Management. You will provide real-time insights and coaching, manage workloads to ensure proper execution at all levels, complete career plans, and grow your team.
  • Thought Leadership. You’ll drive the agency’s learning and training vision by packaging existing training offerings and collaborating with business leaders as well as our Talent Management team to assess training needs in the development of an overall training strategy.
  • Learning and Development Execution Expertise. You’ll be responsible for the activation and execution of our talent development strategy and ensuring the team is meeting expected milestones and deliverables.
  • Collaboration + Cross-Collaboration. You have experience working with people of all levels in a highly matrixed organization.
  • Create. You’ll utilize the best form of content whether that’s building content or identifying content to meet the training needs of our Story Makers.
  • Diversity, equity, and inclusion. You’ll partner closely with our DEI team to develop and implement a focused DEI learning strategy that promotes a truly equitable and inclusive culture.
  • Innovative. Stay abreast of leading-edge learning theories, applications, and tools and continually push our training efforts forward. Architect a future-forward training structure and strategy to enhance our agency transformation and effectively support continually evolving business objectives.
