The Vice President, Sales is responsible for growing, developing, and leading a sales team to drive net new opportunities in our Managed Mobility Services (MMS) business unit, which results in revenue. This person will work with Sales, Marketing and other internal stakeholders to create and execute a GTM strategy that drives incremental growth of the company’s Device (MMS and BYOD) products, as well as manage our strategic partner relationships. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience and a solid success track record in SaaS sales, business development and channel relationships.

Position Duties:

  • Develop and manage sales activities of sales executives, channel managers and account managers to generate revenue in targeted markets
  • Lead a focused team of specialized MMS sales individuals and solution engineers to achieve goals and objectives through support, direction and accountability
  • Further develop relationships with current and new channel partners, and ensure they have the education, enablement tools, and incentives needed to drive channel sell-through and success
  • Own the management and team sales activities around pipeline, forecasting and execution of and MMS quotas.
  • Create and execute business plans with individual channel partners to meet their sales goals, managing all aspects of a channel lifecycle model

Success Profile:

  • 7-10 years of industry software and SaaS sales experience
  • Experience in the MMS, BYOD and employment reimbursement industries is preferred
  • Strong history of sales execution in a quota-carrying role
  • Proven track record in 100% + quota attainment
  • Impeccable public speaking and presentation skills
  • Ability to influence internal and external partners without reporting authority.
  • Strong technical understanding and product knowledge
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Problem solving and requirements analysis and recommendations

This role is open to applications within the United States, except Colorado residents.
