Virtual Legal Support Assistants (1 year)

GRSM’s Virtual Legal Support (“VLS”) Assistants will actively handle sensitive and confidential assignments from the firm’s attorneys and staff in a consistently fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support Firm Policies and Procedures, Track Deadlines, Format/Edit Documents and Proofread, Apply Redactions, Bookmark, Bates Numbering, Quality Control/Assurance, Data Entry & File Organization, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience; some College or equivalent combination of education and/or experience is a plus; Law firm experience is preferred; advanced skillset using Microsoft Suite Programs (e.g., Word, Excel and PowerPoint); strong verbal and written communication; and high level attention to detail is required.
• Applicants will need to pass a pre-employment skills assessment test, conflicts check and background check.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S., no visa sponsorship offered.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $21.63 per hour
