• Team with Director of Marketing and Marketing Manager to identify, conceptualize, and produce video that supports the college’s marketing strategies.
• Create and develop multimedia (audio/video) content for the Marketing Department, which may include: student testimonials, internal company announcement videos, campus events, external promotional social videos, program marketing videos, recruiting videos, corporate training and other enterprise-wide projects.
• Script, storyboard, budget, allocate resources, set deadlines and execute video projects.
• Work independently, as well as part of a team to establish project deliverables.
• Plan video shoots; scout, select and reserve shoot locations.
• Develop production schedules.
• Select and hire additional crew and talent when needed; direct and coach talent; make transportation arrangements for crew, talent and equipment; and ensure all location power needs are met.
• Reserve and rent equipment.
• Record and edit video and sound projects, including selecting program format for final output, capturing/importing media, organizing raw media, editing footage and sound files, creating and inserting static and motion graphics, titling, adding music/voiceover/sfx, media management and archiving project media.
• Manage video library.
• Evaluate analytics.

Position Requirements:

• HS Diploma or GED required; Degree in media or equivalent field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in videography, writing, scripting execute video projects.
• Demonstrated experience in the areas of videotape production, as well as a thorough knowledge of audio, video and multimedia hardware and software required.
