What will you be doing:

The Vice President of Talent Acquisition leads Premier’s comprehensive staffing function inclusive of full time, contingent, and intern positions as aligned to enterprise Talent/Workforce plans. A key factor in the success of this role will be to motivate and develop a team of dedicated recruiters focused on continuously improving service levels to deliver outstanding candidate and manager experiences. In alignment with other HR Leadership Team members this position will work with Premier’s HRBP and recruiting teams as well as leaders from the business, security, privacy, and legal to develop, communicate and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that supports and drives a high-performance culture. In partnership with all key stakeholders, this role will engage, educate and provide solutions to people resource needs particularly in helping to determine the appropriate use of FTE, Contractors, and SOW solutions. As a critical component of Premier’s workforce, this leader will oversee and be accountable for the successful performance of our Contingent Workforce processes including the day-to-day support/management/care of our MSP/VMS relationship. This leader will support cultural diversity by promoting and maintaining an inclusive work environment and culture that is respectful and accepting. This role will require balancing, managing and optimizing mature components of the various programs (FTE, Executive, Diversity, & MSP) while establishing new facets and innovating programs across the company. This role will require past experience managing projects and deadlines, communicating effectively to stakeholders at all levels, and delivering scalable processes/projects.

Relevant Experience to include:
  • Combination of corporate and agency recruiting / staffing experience; HR generalist or HR Business partner experience strongly preferred
  • Certified Contingent Workforce Professional (CCWP) Certification
Education:
Master's Degree Preferred

Premier’s compensation philosophy is to ensure that compensation is reasonable, equitable, and competitive in order to attract and retain talented and highly skilled employees. Premier’s internal salary range for this role is $155,000 - $289,000. Final salary is dependent upon several market factors including, but not limited to, departmental budgets, internal equity, education, unique skills/experience, and geographic location. Premier utilizes a wide-range salary structure to allow base salary flexibility within our ranges.
