Job Summary: The Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy will support Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings corporate development department. This leader will provide strategic oversight and the day-to-day operations of running corporate development focusing on divestures/acquisitions, capital allocation, and corporate strategy. Key objectives of the role are to generate positive cashflow through M&A activity in addition to company development activities. This position will coordinate closely with the CCOH corporate team as well as our international teams.

Job Summary:
Job Responsibilities:
Mergers & Acquisitions
- Identify and evaluate potential acquisitions and divestitures, both domestic and international
- Supervise financial analysis and preparation of financial models used to evaluate potential transactions
- Structure, lead, and execute divestures and acquisitions leveraging internal tax, legal, finance and other external financial advisors / investment bankers
- Lead discussions/negotiations on divestures and acquisitions
- Project manage and lead all aspects of the M&A processes including planning, management/marketing presentations, internal/external advisors, due diligence, closing, board communication, integration, etc.
Capital Allocation
- Manage the corporate-wide process to efficiently allocate capital to all operating divisions including international, domestic, and corporate
- Supervise financial analysis and preparation of financial models used to evaluate returns on capital projects and public concession tenders
- On-going performance tracking of capital projects and concessions; provide feedback, communication, and recommendation to executive management
- Other projects and duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications:
Education and Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, MBA preferred
Work Experience
- Minimum seven (7) years of directly related experience, in an accounting/financial analysis role.
- Five (5+) years of experience in international corporate M&A required.
- Leadership experience
Skills
- In-depth knowledge of the M&A process with good understanding of financials, accounting, legal, and tax principles
- Multinational experience with proven ability to work across both cultures and the various functions within a corporate environment
- Experience leading complex cross-functional projects and teams
- Strong analytical skills including financial modeling, valuation experience along with strong written and verbal communication
- Highly motivated with the ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
