A Central California 400 bed medical center is actively seeking a Chief Quality Officer to join their growing healthcare organization.

The Chief Quality Officer will join an accomplished healthcare facility in centralCalifornia. Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Quality Officer will be supported by a team of quality and risk managers, lead clinical nurses and analysts.

The Chief Quality Officer will use their quality management experience to plan, administer and monitor the consistent readiness of quality management, regulatory requirements and quality improvement processes. Attention to detail will be a strong skill for the Chief Quality Officer as they will closely supervise general hospital operations, Joint Commission. OSHA, Medicare and state requirements.

The Vice President of Quality Management will drive clinical quality and safety programs. The Vice President of Quality Improvement will be responsible for the strategic development, planning and control of health plan and hospital's quality programs and for leading the implementation of compliant programs at the facility, including associated alliance hospitals and other non-KFH facilities. The Nursing Quality Vice President will facilitate the development of programs and processes that meet regulatory requirements.
