Job Summary: We are looking for a highly motivated, analytical and detail-oriented individual to join our team. Ideal candidate will have experience in MEDICAL CLINICS, experience managing a team of medical assistants, and experience with business development. Must be a quick-learner, thrive in a fast-paced environment and be competitive by nature. Business development is a focus and experience implementing social media growth is a must. This is a specific need and those with backgrounds in other industries, although appreciated, should likely not apply.
The role of the Vice President will be to manage and oversee 3 weight loss clinics. The locations are in Van Nuys, Reseda and Palmdale. The role will require frequent visits to each office. The role will also include hiring, training and managing a team of medical assistants and office managers that are responsible for the day-to-day management of each respective office. Additionally, the role will include oversight of inventory, and the creation of an efficient inventory management system. Further the role will require oversight of the medication packaging process. Additionally, there will require on-going analysis to improve the operations of the business. Finally, and equally importantly, the role must include an entrepreneurially minded individually that can think outside of the box to create additional revenue streams for the business.
Company Summary: Our clinics are a fast-growing group of medical weight loss clinics in Southern California. The business helps patients lose weight and keep weight off. The businesses has been around for over 50 years with thousands of annual recurring patients.
Job Location: All clinics in LA County. Based out of our Van Nuys location with frequent visits to other offices.
Training: Extensive on the job training will be provided.
Growth Opportunities: Company leadership will work with the Director of Operations to identify growth opportunities in management, new office locations, additional product offerings and additional service offerings.
Position Classification: Full-Time, Exempt
Compensation: $85,000.00 Base Salary + Bonus + Profit Share Plan
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the 3 clinics.
2. Create and manage inventory management system.
3. Visit each office to help promote new sales.
4. Oversee and implement all social media programs.
5. Assist company executives with internal entrepreneurially driven projects.
6. Assist company executives with maintaining systems and procedures.
7. Run weekly reporting on key business data points.
8. Run weekly employee meetings.
9. Reports directly to the CEO.
Required Skills and Abilities:
1. Strong detail oriented, analytical, and good with numbers.
2. Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, Calendly, Zoho, and Google Suite of products.
3. Proficient in both oral and written communications.
4. Ability to work independently and take initiative.
5. Exceptional customer-focus with an emphasis on long term relationship building.
6. Excellent organizational skills, work prioritization and follow-through ability.
7. Professional, ethical and committed to excellence.
8. Ability to retain and recall detailed and complex information.
