Our Customer Care Technicians work hands-on with veterinarians to provide the best medical care and customer service possible, from reception to exams and surgeries. RVT/LVT not required - we are willing to train the right candidate.

About Complete Pet Care

Complete Pet Care Animal Hospital is a progressive, small animal, seven doctor practice. Our practices offer routine surgery as well as advanced surgical procedures such as laparoscopic surgery, orthopedic surgery, and exploratory surgery. We also offer in house ultrasound, dental cleaning with dental x-rays, radiology, and in-house laboratory. Complete Pet Care is always looking to advance their medical care through new, innovative technologies. In addition, we have a boarding facility, grooming, and doggie daycare.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients
• Work directly with veterinarians in patient exams and surgeries
• Administer vaccines, perform lab tests, blood draws, and more
• Schedule appointments, document in medical charts
• Answer phone calls, check patients in, take payments, and more

Requirements

• Preferred: experience in the animal care industry
• Strong customer service skills and experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Be able to communicate effectively verbally and an in writing

Starting pay: $16.80 per hour
