Pace Veterinary Clinic has been serving the Pensacola community since 1990. Guided by Dr. Michael Mongue, we pride ourselves on providing the best care offering a wide variety of medical, surgical, and dental services . Our hospital has advanced equipment and technologies, including comprehensive in-house testing for accurate diagnosis, digital x-ray, surgical and dental suites. To complement our doctors, we have a team of experienced support staff and a strong leadership group who work closely together to deliver the best care to each pet and pet owner!

As a Veterinary Student Extern you will be actively mentored (and depending on your year of school) as you develop technical skills while participating in rounds, surgery, treatments, and consultations with clients. Our industry standard mentorship resource guide will help you and your mentor intentionally identify objectives to focus on to ensure your experience is customized for what you want to achieve. Your experience could include gathering histories, performing physical examinations, developing diagnostic and therapeutic plans or building case management plans depending on what you are hoping to experience. We are here to help you become the doctor you want to be!
