UUG Learning and Development Manager

Position Summary:
The Learning and Development Manager is responsible for all training development, design, and delivery for all PAC employees. This will include both soft skills training, as well as the design of training for expansion sites. Continuous training is critical to the success of our employees, both to improve their skills, their knowledge, and the service that they provide to our patients and ultimately leading to reduced turnover.
Primary duties & responsibilities:
- Ensure that the new hire training program is designed in the most engaging, interactive way where participants are retaining information that is being taught so that they are ready to meet the 80% minimum goal in nesting.
- Partner with the Operations Management team to assess training needs, prioritizing where training would have the biggest impact on our employees and patients.
- Develop and design uptraining that will improve the customer service provided to our patients, which will include both soft skills and continued product knowledge training.
- Manage training team, ensuring appropriate delivery and coverage for classes.
- Ensure all internal and external training materials are up to date.
- Work closely with external partners and communicate all curriculum changes.
- Coordinate and manage all training initiatives and requests.
- Onboarding leader for all new hires.
- Develop new job aids when appropriate.
- Recommend and implement additional tools/software as needed for training design.
- Assist with the development and delivery of coaching tools.
- Training design should integrate online delivery when possible.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience
- 5-7 years of progressive training design and responsibility
- Training design should have supported call center environment
- Training background should include classroom and online development
- Superior training development and design ability
- Strong organizational time management skills
