Our flagship product, fantasy football leagues, are used by over 5 million people internationally, and we’re constantly adding new games, social features, and functionality to our ecosystem

About the Design and Research Team

We’re an agile group of designers passionate about building high-quality, intuitive experiences, but we’re also a tight-knit group that likes to have fun.

• We are willing to pick up any sports or try out new computer games together, for the purpose of “research”

• We can see design everywhere and every day – we have annual design trend trips and the last ones were in Las Vegas and New York City

• We’re work hard and play hard – we believe creating the next-gen product requires an all-star team of friends

You’ll hit the ground running

• Partner closely with designers and engineers to spearhead research initiatives

• Analyze complex data to uncover actionable insights that can drive design decisions and product strategy

• Develop and execute research plans employing both quantitative and qualitative methodologies

• Define roadmap for user research based on user and business needs

We’re scouting for team players who…

• Has at least 2 to 3 years of UX Research experience

• Has successfully deployed quantitative and qualitative research methodologies

• Has a fundamental knowledge of statistics and experimentation

• Is self-driven but also has strong collaboration skills and can work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

Extra points if you…

• Have a degree in one of the following majors or related fields: HCI, information sciences, stats, data, human-centered design

• Have experience with quantitative analytics tools or dashboards

• Have experience with research tools for remote testing and/ or surveys
