Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a friendly attitude, be able to provide world-class customer service and assist customers with all their needs. A fast learner who makes an effort to learn all aspects of the business in the shortest time possible. Must be available to work a flexible schedule Monday through Saturday. SATURDAY & SUNDAY AVAILABILITY IS REQUIRED.

Store Associate Duties:

• Delivers outstanding customer service to walk-in customers and telephone inquires
• Processing packages and shipment
• Sorting and distributing mail to mailbox holders
• Operating copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, paper cutter, laminating machine and point- of-sale
• Operates all equipment, software and devices in an expert fashion and is willing to teach others
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Store Associate Qualifications and Skills*

• High School Diploma/ GED
• Strong Verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math
• Strong typing, computer and internet skills
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
• Fun and friendly personality
• A genuinely helpful demeanor
• Neat, clean and professional appearance
• Prompt, reliable and responsible

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Weekly day range:

• Weekend availability
