Job description
The AmeriCorps*VISTA Leader that joins our team will have the exciting opportunity to collaborate with members throughout the state. Giving them resources to make their service the best it can be. Our members serve non-profits to build capacity in the organization they serve. Through recruitment of volunteers, development of projects, developing funding streams and much more. The VISTA Leader will be their cheerleader, mentor, sounding board, and a resource for their needs.

Member Duties : The VISTA Leader for this project will mentor members through out the state. Providing them with resources to better serve their site. Complete site visits twice a year, collaborate with supervisor on paperwork, complete monthly phone calls with members, recruit new sites, and members, grant writing, fundraising ideas, give members ideas for partnership building, and collaborate in all areas of the project to futher develop and grow the project.
