$750.00 hire on bonus is for new hires and rehires that are returning after 5 years or more. The bonus will be paid out in equal $250 portions after successfully completing 3 months, 6 months and 9 months of employment with Treasure Island Resort & Casino.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Schedule, train, coach, and evaluate staff and conduct performance reviews
- Direct daily work activities and inspect completed work for conformance to standards
- Order, receive and account for uniforms inventory
- Establish and maintain responsible inventory levels
- Oversee the distribution, returns and disposal of uniforms
- Order supplies and ensure maintenance of equipment
- Assist departments with uniform needs including color, size, style, suitable material, price and maintenance
- Contact and meet with vendors
- Adhere to budget, purchase and finance guidelines
- Assist staff as needed
KNOWLEDGE AND CERTIFICATION, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Knowledge and Certification
Required:
- One (1) year supervisory experience
Preferred:
- Proven hand and machine sewing skills
- Proven knowledge of clothing materials

- Accurate and detail-oriented
- Highly organized and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Strong computer skills Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and Windows

- Ability to work fast and efficiently
- Ability to follow established dress code policies and practice good personal hygiene
- Ability to interact with guests, coworkers and management in a professional and courteous manner
