Job Summary:

The Land Warfare and Air Defense (LW&AD) team is seeking a highly motivated finance professional to join the MRAD Product Area as the Ukraine Finance Analyst. The flagship product within the MRAD portfolio is the NASAMS system that in built in partnership with Kongsberg Defense & Aerospace (KDA). The system includes a RTX built AN/MPQ-64 Sentinel Radar, a KDA Fire Distribution Center and a Launcher that uses both KDA and RTX components. NASAMS is currently deployed in over 10 countries around the world and the LRP has multiple Domestic and International Captures.

As a Ukraine Finance Analyst, the selected individual will support the management of cost control, EVMS compliance, financial forecasting, and overall financial execution of the NASAMS programs. Additional financial responsibilities include development and review of EACs and ad hoc requests. Collaboration with cross functional teams including Program Office, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations and IPT leads.

The selected candidate must be able to work under deadlines and constraints as well as be able to multitask across a variety of tasks and work with all levels of the organization. This position requires the ability to provide top level program planning and control guidance as well as the ability to summarize, package, and present information to all levels of management as well as execute hands on with the finance team.

This position is being offered in a hybrid capacity (remote and/or onsite) and is based on the needs of the business. This role may be expected to work up to 2 days per week onsite.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:

  • Provide monthly variance and data analysis

  • Develop and support Quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC) / monthly Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) development

  • Establish and maintain program logs (MR,UB, BCRs, etc.)

  • Provide financial guidance to Program Managers, IPT leads, and Cost Account Managers (CAMs)

  • Provide cost, schedule, financial analysis/reporting, funding planning, maintenance and reporting utilizing standard company tools and processes

  • Review financial reports, presentations, and proposals for accuracy and completeness

Qualifications You Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Mathematics or a related field

  • Typically requires 5 years applicable work experience in Finance or related field; OR an Advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience

  • Program Controls experience

Qualifications We Value:

  • Hands-On experience with SAP EV / PMX Toolset or a similar system

  • Experience with Production and/or Operations

  • Experience with interpreting and providing guidance on FAR/DFAR

  • Knowledge of the DoD Acquisition Process

  • Excellent professional communication skills (Verbal and Written)

  • Ability to multi-task and be able to support a dynamic team environment

  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel
