What You Will Do:

JOB SUMMARY:The Database Coordinator position is a vital component of the Foundation Team, supporting Upper Chesapeake Health Foundation functions by managing the fundraising database. The Database Coordinator is responsible for all gift and data entry including gift reconciliation and proactively supports the Upper Chesapeake Health Foundation’s advancement services team.

What You Need to Be Successful:

Education & Training: HS graduate or equivalency required. Associate’s Degree in computer science, business or related field.

Work Orientation & Experience: 2-4 years of related working experience. Development, computer and data-entry experience strongly preferred.

Skills & Abilities: Experience with system software including Microsoft Word and Excel. Database software experience required. Raiser’s Edge system and Access experience preferred. Strong analytical skills as well as keen attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks, strong verbal and written communication skills and an ability to maintain confidentiality essential.
