URGENTLY NEEDED: TWO POSITIONS - Senior Programmers on W-2 Basis Remote at Los Angeles, CA, 90012

We are unable to provide visa sponsorship/transfer and we cannot offer Corp-to-Corp arrangement. All candidates must already be Authorized to work in the United States, via Citizenship, Green Card, Employment Authorization Card, Practical Training etc.

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

• Responsible for leading and/or working on the most complex IT applications design, documentation, development, modification, testing, installation, implementation and support of new or existing applications software.
• Plan, install, configure, test, implement and manage a systems environment in support of an organization’s IT architecture and business needs.
• Responsible for analyzing systems requirements in response to risks and costs; evaluating, selecting, verifying and validating the systems software environment; evaluating, selecting and installing compilers, assemblers and utilities; integrating hardware and software components within the systems environment.

YOUR RESUME MUST SHOW THESE MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Seven (7) years of experience in systems requirements analysis, design, and programming. At least four (4) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity.

2. Systems engineering concepts and factors such as structured design, survivability, reliability and maintainability; and speak and write effectively and prepare effective reports.

3. Skills Required: Azure DevOps ASP.Net C# IIS SQL Server Relational database design and concepts HTML, CSS, Javascript, JQuery AJAX, JSON EDI - X12, HL7, FHIR Console/Batch Programming Netsmart MyAvatar products
