Applerouth is looking to hire in-home, one-on-one, test prep tutors to service the Washington DC metro area (DC, Bethesda,MD - Rockville, MD - Fairfax, VA - Reston, VA...)

We offer non-taxed paid travel!

New tutors go through paid training to provide them with extensive knowledge of both the SAT and ACT, as well as pedagogical strategies to help tutor different types of students. We also provide regular supplemental training to help tutors stay aware of changes to both tests and pedagogy.

We expect applicants to have the following: Empathy, Creativity, Strong communication skills, and a desire to help others; Reliable transportation; High-speed internet; Prior tutoring/teaching experience is a plus!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
