The Safety team at TikTok help ensure that our community is safe and empowered to create and enjoy content across all of our apps while protecting our brand.

As a Trust and Safety Trainer, you will be responsible for the deployment of key training courses and delivering policy updates to our content moderators. You will take the lead on designing, developing, implementing and facilitating training and development programs. Additionally, you will work closely with our quality assurance and policy teams, to develop strategies, quality action plans, create/maintain our knowledge base and training curriculum for continuous improvement and learning. This position will be full-time and will be based in Phoenix, AZ.

Responsibilities

• Ability to communicate frequently and effectively with key stakeholders
• Provide ongoing training session for all management and moderators
• Work closely with the global training to collaborate
• Ensure training programs are aligned with the goals and objectives of the business
• Create, update and maintain all training curriculum and operating procedures as necessary
• Work closely with the policy team to translate policy updates into learning materials
• Design and plan training strategy in close cooperation with the quality team to improve quality across locations

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Minimum BA/BS degree
• 3+ years of training experience in a content moderation environment
• Project and program management experience
• Excellent planning, organization, presentation and classroom delivery skills
• Ability to travel (50-75%) between Nashville and California offices, while also visiting our US vendor partners
