Essential Duties and Responsibilities

As a traveling torch cutter / high burner / skilled laborer, you must be willing to travel up to 100% of the time with per diem, meals and lodging provided, with an average of three weeks on the road and one long weekend home.

All employees must be able to pass a background test and drug screening.

• Able to work both independently and part of a team to torch cut steel in a high production setting on demolition sites within the Residential, Commercial, and Industrial Sectors.
• Safely and correctly use and maintain tools and equipment.
• Able to operate skid steers, man lifts, forklifts and other small equipment.
• Have working knowledge of various power and hand tools.
• Be able to lift at least 50 pounds, perform manual labor tasks, and follow the direction of a site supervisor to complete additional tasks as assigned.
• Scrap Burning/Torch Cutting experience is required. Preferably in a demolition environment.
• Must be clean-shaven and medically capable of wearing a half-faced respirator, or on some projects, a full-faced respirator.

Required Experience

• 2-3+ years ground and high burning experience required.
• Demolition experience preferred.
• All employees must be able to pass a background test and drug screening.
• All candidates must be medically capable of wearing a half-faced respirator.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary offers will be based upon experience. In time, high performers may be offered opportunities to learn new skills to advance into specialty equipment operator and leadership positions.
