Job description
The Travel Team Project Manager is responsible for managing all operational aspects of the project.
As a Traveling Project Manager you must be willing to travel up to 100% of the time, with an average of three weeks on the road and one long weekend home with per diem, meals and lodging provided. All employees must be able to pass a background test and drug screening.
JOB SCOPE
Assists the Division Manager and senior leadership in the successful operation and growth of the division and company. Through a respectful, constructive, and energetic style, guided by the objectives of the Company, the Division Manager provides the leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that the Company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people in place to effectively ensure financial strength, operating efficiency, and growth of the organization.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide day-to-day leadership and management of field supervision, and
- Understand current status of all projects at any point in time and oversee
- Ensure that all projects meet schedule, company quality standards, and
- Responsible for driving the company to achieve and surpass sales, profitability,
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts.
- Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all processes internal
condition of the project.
- Collaborate with all members of the team to develop and implement plans for
to accommodate objectives of the project.
- Motivate and lead a high-performance team; attract, recruit, and retain required
development focus.
- Promote a success-oriented, accountable environment within the project.
- Foster a project working environment that places the highest value on safety,
- Communicate effectively with senior leadership and clients, changes in the
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Ability to quickly adapt to changes in strategy and can work in a high paced
- Leverages a deep understanding of the project to make decisions.
- Highly detail oriented and organized in work.
- Strong problem-solving skills, documentation skills, research and resolution
- Creates and inspires trust and openness amongst colleagues and clients.

- Comfortable ‘owning’ the details and driving execution as well as mapping out

accordingly.
- Understanding of building materials and recycled materials value.
- Strong ability to use technology including scheduling, takeoff, and estimating
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 10 years of verifiable experience.
- Education - Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Has proven set of skills and a breadth of knowledge that are of value to the
- Takes a big picture perspective regarding the Company’s priorities and goals.
- Previous front line business operations or leadership experience.
