In case you haven’t heard, travel is back! And, FTI is growing. We’re seeking a full-time travel advisor who is excited to partner with individuals traveling with non-profit organizations. Successful candidates will have a passion for travel & demonstrate customer-focused service that includes building strong relationships & advocating on clients’ behalf.

Key Responsibilities:
· Listening to clients & offering recommendations
· Presenting solutions that fit the clients’ unique goals & budget
· Advocating on the clients’ behalf
· Managing inventory
· Building your client base by asking for additional trips & customer referrals
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree or comparable work experience preferred
· Travel industry experience, individual reservations preferred
· 1-3 years of experience in a sales environment or customer service
· Passion for international travel
· Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build long-lasting relationships
· Excellent written & oral communication skills
· Strong attention to detail
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
· Experience with Amadeus or a similar Global Distribution System preferred, but not required
